This impressive eighteenth-century house in the center of the wine village of Binissalem combines everything that characterizes the Mallorcan architecture of that time.

Handmade tiles, large stone arches, elaborate carpentry, an old winery and oil mill, and a huge garden with several outbuildings, all located in the center of town. Although a large part of the house has been renovated years ago, the 900 m2 of living space still have several outbuildings that could be expanded, so there would easily be more than 15 rooms.
